1. General Terms
- All purchases made on https://jobs.elevateprimesolutions.com are subject to this policy.
- By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- ✅ You were charged incorrectly due to a billing or payment error.
- ✅ You were unable to access the purchased service due to a technical issue on our side.
- ✅ You request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and have not used the service (e.g., posted a job, downloaded a resume, or viewed candidate data).
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- ❌ You have already used any part of the purchased service.
- ❌ The request is raised after 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- ❌ You are dissatisfied with the number or quality of job applicants (we do not guarantee hiring outcomes).
- ❌ Any misuse, policy violation, or incomplete/inaccurate registration is detected.
4. Candidate Services (Job Seekers)
- Most services for job seekers are free.
- Paid services such as resume reviews, premium templates, or personalized career tools are non-refundable once delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Order ID or transaction reference
- Reason for requesting a refund
⏳ All requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.
6. Mode of Refund
- If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, net banking, etc.)
- Processing and credited time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
